The founding batch has not shipped yet. Delivery options, rates and timings are shown at checkout, and the full terms are published here before the first order goes out.

You can send a tub straight to her address rather than yours, and nothing in the box shows the price.

If a tub arrives damaged, opened or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund it.

For food safety reasons, an opened tub cannot be resold, so returns are handled case by case rather than by a blanket policy. The complete returns terms are published here before the founding batch ships.
