We made this for our own mothers.
Why it exists
It started the way it usually does. You call, she says she is fine, and you are three time zones away with no way to tell whether that is true. You look up what she should be getting more of, and you end up in an aisle of tubs that will not tell you how much of anything is actually inside them.
So we built the thing we wanted to send her. Three actives that most women over fifty take in less of than the guidelines and the research use: calcium, vitamin D3 and creatine. One scoop, thirty servings, every amount printed where you can read it.
We are pre-launch. The founding batch has not shipped yet, and the list on the homepage is how you hear the day it opens. That is the whole business so far, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend to a history we do not have.
What we will not do

Every dose is printed
Three actives, each at a stated amount, on the tub and on the site. No proprietary blends, and nothing added so the label reads longer.

Every number is sourced
Where we cite an intake or a research dose, the figure links out to the NIH factsheet or the position stand it came from. If we cannot link it, we do not print it.

No claims we cannot stand behind
This is a food supplement. It is not a treatment, it does not prevent anything, and we will not imply otherwise to sell a tub.

The formula and the sources are laid out on the homepage. Anything else, including the full ingredient panel, is on the FAQ or one email away through contact.
